Steps to reproduce

When deploying, access the shop between the steps between deploy:writable and sw:writable:jwt.

Error:

Cause:
deploy:writable executes chmod -R 0775 config/jwt, which also edits the current release, because config/jwt is shared. Then the permission check of the live shop throws the above exception, until sw:writable:jwt fixes it, which — depending on the commands — can take a long time.

Probable fix:
Remove config/jwt d from writable_dirs and handle it directly after deploy:writablewithsw:writable:jwt`
