As a Governance team member, I want to make sure that the New VFS Team Member template meets the needs of the Platform Support team so that they are able to act on their required tasks without any issue.

Description

Governance team drafted a revised version of the new VFS Team Member gh template via ticket #94448. Since the Platform Support team is the team from Platform that interacts with this template (and not Governance) we feel that it would be valuable to get input and feedback from the Platform Support team members so that we can ensure that we introduce a template that meets their needs and requirements.

The purpose of this ticket is to share the revised template with Platform Support, gather feedback and input from the team, make any requested changes (within reason) and finalize the template. Please note that we will not be publishing this template to the va.gov team repo at this time. Publishing will occur at a later date during launch.
