Increase delegation

Got the feedback that there is a need for someone, in case wanted, to be able to increase their delegation (not just replace)

Ah interesting. I guess we could do something like:

• show a button "Edit" on the delegation card (split with the undelegate button)
• redirect to the delegate page, and from here add some logic to detect if we're already delegating to this address, and if we are, then instead of undelegate + delegate, only delegate with the new amount
