delimiter character

Hello Janos,

Because in US we have last_name, first_name on most of the extensions numbers it would be nice to have the output csv file with another delimiter character.
So instead of a comma maybe an *
Any suggestion or concern?

It make sense. I will add this as a new feature request.
My idea is a new parameter to determine the delimiter character.
