An analyst has highlighted the utility of the mito tool.

It's not Open Source, but it does provide a free access level, which I believe runs without an Internet connection.

This could prove quite useful in developing and maintaining Pepys imports, together with general analysis tasks.

Packaging this tool with Pepys, and providing a Start menu shortcut would make access to this tool easier.
