I have these remaining observations on the System Test Plan

Remove the number column, use automatic numbering on the contents of the (current) second column
Adopt 1.1 outline numbering
Optimise number formatting to minimise whitespace
Include box near start to record version under test
Include instructions at end to print to PDF and attach to PR
Switch to a template, so a new copy is created each time
