Add support for PostgreSQL

Roundcube also support PostgreSQL as database backend. So far the ansible-roundcube role only supports sqlite and MySQL debops.mariadb_server. PostgreSQL should be supported too via debops.postgresql, so that a user can freely choose what backend he wants to use.
