• Remove leftovers patch: remove left over code in input example common-workflow-lab/cwl-cpp-auto#6
• Adjust tool_description_lib Feat/updated cwl #29
• TDL → rename header files Feat/rename files #32
• TDL → Fix/option without cli #42
• TDL → Fix/nodes with name type #43
• Update code generation fix: updating CWL generated code #47 Fix/improved cpp code common-workflow-lab/cwl-cpp-auto#9 and fix: improved cpp generation (msvc 14.24) common-workflow-language/schema_salad#763
• Require feedback on Ini files have duplicate option names OpenMS/OpenMS#7127 and the corresponding PR Remove duplicate option names OpenMS/OpenMS#7154
  -> will use 'flat' version of parameters, so no adjustments have to be made.
• Decide on the workaround for error if input is named id common-workflow-language/cwltool#1922 (or wait for a fix?)
• Integrating it into OpenMS Patch/use tdl new take OpenMS/OpenMS#6156
• Integrate it into sharg patch: using newest TDL seqan/sharg-parser#211
