Home-Manager 1.0 datagram decode ?

I have an existing setup usung SMA Home Manager 1.0 (HM-B1-10 GR2) from 2012
SMA.. 1.13.14.R 1.20.84.R A2
The Home Manager connects to 2x S0 port and can only count S0 pulses to calculate power numbers. But thats exact what I'm looking for.

I can capture data packets UDP 9522 ->239.12.255.255 with 100 byte (Data=58 bytes). Any idea where I can find the documentation where to extract the 2 relevant data points ( consumed power, exported power) ?
