No communication between two nodes

I have followed the documentation. Both my nodes are connected with different accesspoint. On a laptop computer, one node is running natively, and the other node is Raspberry Pi 4 running FogROS2-SGC in docker.

Rust Version
rustc 1.74.1

I have no clue how to check the setup. Can anyone please help me to debug what I am doing wrong?

Expected Behavior Summary
According to the documentation, the message should pass between two nodes.

Actual Behavior Summary
There is no message passed.

I have exchanged the crypto folder between two nodes.
