This patch adds pdd.spec file for help with build binary packages into
Fedora/CentOS/RHEL. Other RPM-based distros don't tested.

Attached file was prepared via 'hg export' command (mean easy to 'hg
import'). I'm not familar with Mercurial, therefore I may mistake at this
point :)

Any chance of getting updated spec for latest source code, please? Would be 
even better if it was integrated with cpack.
