SubGraph FEAT: Breadcrumb #9

The breadcrumb would be for when opening a subgraph from a graph or even within another subgraph. It would create a simple navigable bar with the graphs names and easy switching.

To keep it simple I'm not looking at a branching breadcrumb. It would look something like BaseGraph > SubGraph > SubGraph.ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
