Hi there,

I am interesting to share my knowledges about unit testing with Typescript and Jest.

Summary:

  1. When should I write unit tests?
  2. Implementing unit tests by Jest
  3. Unit testing common mistakes
  4. Using react-testing-library
  5. Unit testing custom React Hooks

Awesome, thanks for the proposal! Could be outline the talk a little bit in the issue description?

A few questions from my part for the talk and description:

  • What are the benefits of testing in TypeScript and Jest vs. JavaScript and Jest for example?
  • Is the talk framework specific?
  • Do you have prior experience with public speaking? Is there anything we can help with?

Where and when would you like to talk?

@pret-a-porter unfortunately there are only a few signups, so we’re cancelling this time. Next event would be February 20, would that be OK for you?
