ui for adding new spotify cards broken?

Hi,

when testing the spotify card for a second spotify account I realized that I can't change settings in the card ui anymore.
Whatever I change in the UI, the yaml code will always stick to
type: custom:spotify-card limit: 10
I can, however change the code manually and it is being preserved that way.
So, I guess that's a bug. I'm on Home Assistant 2022.11.1

back to my inital testing, what is the yaml code for the user account selection? currently it seems to always use the primary_sp_dc from spotcast.

+1 I cant change the card with UI anymore and I cant change from the default account

I just came across this.. cannot save anything as the save button doesn't appear either when making changes.
