Please add "patches" parameter when using kustomize in provider-argocd

What problem are you facing?

I wanted to use "patches" while using kustomize in provider-argocd. Normally, if I create a native argocd application manifest I am able to specify patches for my kustomize application like - docs/operator-manual/application.yaml

How could Crossplane help solve your problem?

If we have the same kind of support in provider-argocd, then it will be really helpful as then I can create a "managed" argocd application manifest in crossplane using provider-argocd
