WSL bash command cp fails with error Invalid argument (EINVAL)
Copy a simple file from WSL namespace to crossmeta namespace

strace shows
openat(AT_FDCWD, "wslfile", O_WRONLY|O_CREAT|O_EXCL, 0644) = EINVAL
