The link at the end:
Functional Differential Geometry by Gerald Jay Sussman and Jack Wisdom

leads to the MIT Press yet the book is not listed. Tested on Firebox and Safari.

Also a suggestion: I would set the links to open in a new tab as to keep the current tab with the course-book.
