Add frontend URL routing for orders

Almost every webshop has some kind of order page. It would be good if commerce also included some utl settings for orders in the control panel. Thanks to that, we would not need to set up routing manually in routes.php or using other ways.

This would also make craft.app.urlManager.matchedElement recognize order element on its page. Which can be useful when building various types of navigation or breadcrumbs.
