Fail on startup not being absolute #11

From what I understand, you try to open the startup file and fail without trying to check if it is in the $PATH variable here https://github.com/cr0hn/dockerscan/blob/master/dockerscan/actions/image/image_analyzer.py#L125

Which makes the whole script to fail for startup commands like "bash my.sh"
