"preparing a CPAN Testers report" taking a long time [rt.cpan.org #67046]

I've noticed that sometimes "preparing a CPAN Testers report" take a very long
time.  Minutes.  I don't see any CPU usage while it's happening.  Maybe some
sort of network timeout?  I have network connectivity and no firewall or funny
things going on aside from a NAT.

This ticket was originally filed in RT back in 2011 and we have not heard a further complaint about this problem from the OP or anyone else since then. I recommend this ticket be closed.
