Attaching Tool to agent - Broken #1708

Describe the bug
From UI if i try to attach tool, UI throws error

Steps

create simple tool
go to existing aganet
click on + add tool

this will throw error...

I am not able to attach the screenshot and error message as my chat screen broken due to rendering issue
