We experience no issues using Debian GNU/Linux 11 based docker image as a devcontainer.

According to the stack trace message, I would recommend to double check Jekyll requirements or Google for it and try to follow recommendations like this.

<internal:/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb>:38:in `require': cannot load such file -- ffi_c (LoadError)
