No data found in bounds report when use the smaller shape files to clip the nc files

When I use the smaller shape files as the bound to clip the rough spatial resolution nc files， I got the error: No data found in bounds. I think this problem related to this post.But my command already add the parameter all_touched=True.
Here is the code AWI_CM_ssp126_AP_ds = AWI_CM_ssp126_AP.rio.clip([geometry],all_touched=True)
