No Jar file in 1.4.0

When I download the project there is no jar file as specified in the instructions. When i try to compile it with maven it fails, and when I try to install the 1.1.0 version in the resources, it fails so can someone add a jar or give some more detailed instructions on how to install this program?

Hello Michael, to obtain a production copy of CellMissy, download the .zip from the releases page here. These are fully compiled versions with an execution-ready jar.

Make sure to have a local database up first, as CellMissy connects to it when starting up. More information can be found in the manual.
