Add test: Upgrading to new versions #3

In order to ensure that we can safely upgrade from one version to another, we need to introduce two kinds of tests here (in order of priority):

Upgrading to new minor versions
Upgrading to new major versions

lasarojc assigned lasarojc and unassigned lasarojc

sergio-mena assigned sergio-mena and unassigned sergio-mena
