Should be able to update a bundle of a remote isolate directly using webadmin

This should be first implemented on the debug api and agent components. At second time we add a simple icon near the bundle's name.

That said, this should only update the bundle using a new implementation provided on the /repo directory of that isolate (for dev/test purposes).
