School profile page: Redesign the hero

This still requires some design to incorporate the adjustments listed below

• Bring back the school image in the hero (maybe crop it to a shield shape) - somehow reinforce the school category in the image appearance
• Maybe make the image open in a lightbox or similar
• Have a placeholder image for schools that did not provide one
• Keep a background of sorts in the hero
• Emphasize the link to the school website: Make a button in the hero “Visit the School Official Website”
