Allow users to follow other ploggers.

  • Add Follow button to the Local feed (https://marvelapp.com/prototype/6548b00/screen/60279825)
  • Add Block button to the Local feed (blocking a user hides that user's plogs and vice versa)
  • Change to 'Unfollow' once follow is clicked
  • Once a user is followed, that user's plogs will show in the Local feed regardless of that plogger's location - that plogger will always be treated as if they were nearby
  • For this release, we will NOT be adding a separate list of followed users, or a way to filter by followed users
