Logo Click Behavior needs Updating #250

Expectation is that clicking the logo at any point will refresh the page to be the same as when a user clicks the site the first time.

Select an occupation.
Select Treemap.
Selecting Logo would not work; needed to go to the about page first.

DOD:
Try to reproduce the issue
Fix if possible.
