  • Pauline said that people would know if they have an open case
  • Accepting that people wouldn't count probation
  • Believe it is the court date
  • Could be a place for contextual help
  • "If I had a case I would know"
  • Get more clarification from Pauline, though our recollection is "If I had a case I would know"
  • Don't have to push on this one if we feel we've asked too much about this
