[BUG] Helm-dashboard won't restart if clicked the shutdown button in UI #633

Describe the bug
As described in title.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create k3s cluster
Enable helm-dashboard
Get helm-dashboard UI for cluster
Clicked the shutdown button in top-right. Then the helm-dashboard UI will close and shutdown.
Re-entry the helm-dashboard UI for this cluster.

Expected behavior
The helm-dashboard UI can access again

OS: Darwin Bigsur
AutoK3s Version: v0.9.0-rc3, docker run autok3s

Additional context
For now, we don't have a good way to restart the helm-dashboard after it shutdown itself.
