• Create a PR to update the Meetup's table on the website. Example PR.
• Join one of the TAG ENV Sustainability Week Syncs to talk about your event.
• Find a sponsor for the event.
• Find a location for the event.
• Set a date for the event.
• Announce the event.
• Reach out to the Cloud Native Sustainability Week Organizer team to promote the event.

nice idea with some activity in Berlin @ CNCF Sustainability Week.

We are also based in Berlin and also have a Meetup group and Newsletter we could activate and ping people.

We also do have some speakers in mind that we could bring.

However a location would be needed. Did you have luck in finding any?

Hey all @JulieChenadec @ArneTR etc. We were nearly going to give up on the idea actually, but having some more people on board would be good. I have a lot of potential speakers, and we were going to approach Ecosia as a venue. This may not be the best place to discuss, but you can find my email in my profile or I am also "ChrisChinchilla" on the CNCF Slack.
