Issue when the log message size configured as 300 bytes

Hello,

Thanks for the nice solution. Solution works for the message length configured as 240 bytes. But when i increase it to the 300 bytes, its get fail to extract complete data from flash.

Flash specs:
winbond w25q128
16 Mega bytes

Please do needful to resolve the problem.
