Support of Capsule Proxy

This solution should also permits to install Capsule Proxy along with Capsule.
We should evaluate if the same charm can do the job or if we need for a separated one.

Depending on how exactly this functions, you may be able to add the Capsule Proxy as an additional sidecar proxy in each of the deployed units of the charm.

Otherwise, a separate charm that can be deployed alongside Capsule in a bundle is another route.
