all links from colletions to non public profile reports return status 500 error

only public profile reports are generated automatically. Therefore the links to non public profile reports point to reports which don't exist (which should at least return status 404 instead of 500).
However, we must assure that for all profiles used in collections the reports are generated automatically with update dashboard. In other words we must create a report for each cached profile and not only the public profiles.
