idea: user-generated story content

For new City72 sites, or even for existing ones, it might be nice to have a way for users to submit stories.

The interface could be a short invitation below any existing stories that says something like:

"[City]72 is looking for stories that inspire emergency preparedness. If you have a personal story about an emergency, please send it to us"

and then a form that looks almost identical to the story form in the cms, with additional fields for the user's contact information and whether or not they would be comfortable sharing their photo or being filmed.
