Conditionally disabled "Save Changes" buttons without error messaging in form #127

There is no indication of why a conditionally disabled "Save Changes" button is not clickable.

Ideally, as a user scrolls past a required field, and the required field is still blank, highlight that field in red and show a message about what is wrong.

OR

"Save Changes" buttons should always be clickable and if the form does not pass validation the error message should be helpful and the required fields should be highlighted in red.

For now, I will file a separate issue requesting that we add some helpful text by the button... "If this button is disabled, please double-check that all required fields are filled."
