将 cita 分支替代 master 作为 cita-vm 的默认分支 #77

考虑到以下的几个方面, 我提议将 cita 分支替代 master 作为 cita-vm 的默认分支

cita-vm 当前的 master 分支在过去一段时间做了一些不必要的尝试, 比如多 interpreter 支持; 这对于 cita 项目而言并不需要.
在 cita 分支上, cita 团队做了大量的兼容性与错误修改, 这使得 cita 分支比起 master 分支更加契合 cita 项目.
cita 当前是 cita-vm 唯一的使用者, 保持项目的默认分支与 cita 使用的版本一致是更加讲得通的方案.

+1，赞成这个提议。建议是把master分支checkout 为 experiment ，把 cita 分支rename 为 master
