Add failed requests to list and make it possible to resubmit

Describe the solution you'd like
1: all requests are added to the list; flag if failed
2: make it possible to rerun a failed request

Additional context
It can be very frustrating crafting a long and detailed prompt and then the request fails for some reason. I see no way of recalling
the prompt in this case, because it is not added to the list.
