Security groups

Requirements:

• likely we limit IPs who can submit TG test-jobs
• In order for manual test execution (like cli style locally)
  • we need to create a simple CLI that adds your IP to a security group
  • pre-reqs: you will need aws-cli

Node groups

Requirements:

• We want to use big instances for networking and executors(i.e. validators’)
• We want Layer3 add-ons to live on smaller instances
