testground/sync-service: pipe out logs to restart tests

We heavily rely on network is initialised subscription from all pods to kick-start test scenarios
However ,there are times when sync-service can get context.cancelled events and instead of restarting the test runs, we are waiting in idle mode.

Piping out the sync pod to see if we are failing or not the pre-reqs is vital to get tests into CI
