Hard to see if a report is current or not

We need to indicate how current a report is more prominently. This could be achieved via creating bubbles that are like "verified" and "unverified"

I think this the categories should be

< 2d
> 2d

Is that based on incident date, report date or (probably not) incident modified date? On mobile we took out incident date selector because the form was way too complicated and set it to report date. Ie, now, thinking the filterer would edit it if necessary.
