Submit reports map and screen does not show current report pins at high zoom levels

I just submitted what I now realise are a lot of duplicates. This is because there were no pins or any other indication that reports had already been submitted in the area I was zooming into from the "Submit Report" page. I imagine this makes a lot of unnecessary work for everyone including site administrators.

I am coming at this as any naïve user would, not looking for special instructions, just doing what it seems will work. That's a good way to approach UI and functionality testing. So please don't beat up on me because there's a "proper" way I didn't realise. :]
