🚀 Feature: Add basic support for Marlowe

🚀 The feature and your motivation

I would like to see some sort of notification for transactions that run Marlowe contracts (similar to how cardanoscan shows it), but also with a link to that contract instance on marlowescan.io. Possibly could also show datum and redeemer as json for these?

I made a small POC here - clearly im not a frontend dev but it sort of shows what I'd like to see added:

@OlofBlomqvist we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Smart contract functionality in the Explorer will continue to see more enhancements in future, we will keep this on our radar.
