Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have many containers that I will occasionally spin up on demand, but are 99% of the time set to 0 containers (think FTP container, etc). There are kindof a lot now for me.

Describe the solution you'd like

A filter to hide apps with zero active containers

Describe alternatives you've considered
Sorting by instance count; could have stand alone merit.

Additional context
This is my list, it will likely continue to grow in at least a 1:1 fashion when I recruit a client.
