Improve CanJS.com’s SEO

I looked through our Google Search Console for canjs.com and filed some issues based on what I found:

• Fix the Google sitelinks under canjs.com
• Generate better page titles

Some other things we should try to improve:

• Search for {{#each returns canjs.com as the third result (behind javascriptmvc.com and handlebarsjs.com); would be good to be above JavaScriptMVC or at least heavily link to canjs.com from that site
  • We rank ok for {{#each}} though (second after handlebarsjs.com)
• canjs vs react returns our out of date Comparison to Other Frameworks page
  • Issue for writing the Comparison to Other Frameworks page
• canjs tutorial returns v2 tutorial as the first result
• People search for what is canjs but the first result is a hidden, out of date page
• People search for canjs wiki and the first result is this why page; should we delete that wiki or update those pages to link to canjs.com?
• can components returns v2 over current can-component docs
• Can we delete this instance of the docs? https://bit-docs.github.io/canjs/

A search for canjs ssr or donejs ssr doesn't lead people to anything useful.

If someone doesn't really "know about donejs" they might not know that it is the suggested way SSR should be setup.
