Description

In versions 8.6, 8.5, and 8.4, a large number of concurrent requests to Identity, when multi-tenancy is enabled, may cause a deterioration of the Identity service.

An Identity management feature has been introduced in Zeebe through camunda/camunda#23853.

AC:

  • A link to the new Gateway experimental options is provided.
  • The feature is documented in the backpressure operational guide.
