Not sure that it gets released as it should: on Windows, cannot delete the file of served image.

Fixed, but how to write unit tests for this? JPicus does things that would help but it's closed source and not designed for embedding. AspectJ could help but doesn't seem to allow weaving aspects on java.* classes.

Latest release of VisualVM (3.3) has file handle counter but it doesn't work on Windows. Better luck on Mac OS X?
