SDIF library often reaches an unstable state where "SdifMatrixTypeGetNthColumnDef" systematically crashes.
Currently the crash is just protected in the code (+ print a warning).
It prevents reading the name of SDIF type-columns.

It is possible that the initial crash be related with SDIF library being called from different threads...
