Combine all hidden directories in the users home?

This comment from @alessandrofelder highlighted that we save data (atlases, models etc) in a few different places, namely ~/.brainglobe, ~/.cellfinder and ~/.brainrender.

Would it be useful to combine these and create something like:

.brainglobe
    ├── atlases
    ├── models
    └── etc

This is mostly done now, just needs brainglobe/brainglobe-atlasapi#291
